Ash Wednesday Worship

Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, derives its name from the practice of placing ashes on the foreheads of the faithful as a sign of repentance. This year, join us for morning worship to receive ashes before your work day starts and be a Witness all day. There will be a Lenten meal at 5:30pm in the Family Life Center.
Biscuit Brothers Free Concert

Stars of the EMMY Award-winning nationally syndicated PBS children's television program, produced here in Austin, will perform a concert here at NWHills UMC. The concert cost has been covered by the church; admission is free! Their music touches children's hearts, engages parents and lets families learn together!
24 Hours That Changed the World
Sermon Series starting February 26th, Sundays 8:50 & 11:15 am
Based on the inspiring book by Adam Hamilton, Charlie and Madeline will guide us step-by-step through the last day of Jesus. life. We will walk with Jesus on his final day, sit beside him at the Last Supper, pray with him in Gethsemane, follow him to the cross, desert him, deny him, and ultimately experience the resurrection.
Lent Worship - Wednesday Nights
Starting February 29th at 6:30 pm
In preparation for Holy Week and Easter, join us for our weekly Lenten worship gatherings in the sanctuary. We will have communion, music and a short message offered by a congregation member. They will share inspiring stories to help us remember the importance of Lent and what this season represents.
